M2 Pets respects your rights to privacy. As much as anyone, we dislike intrusive advertising and marketing driven by personal profiling, data mining, and similar dubious practices.

We will not sell, rent, or share any information that you give us about yourself with any person or organization outside M2, except in these two circumstances:

1. We receive subpoenas or other legal process requiring us to provide information in our possession.

2. We engage third-party companies to perform order processing, credit card and credit approvals, shipping, and other customer service functions that are normal and usual aspects of our business relationship with you. In this case, we will provide only the information reasonably necessary to give the best possible service to you.

From time to time, we may send you by mail or email information on our own products and on promotions that we are offering. If we do that, anything we send you will include a notice telling you how to opt-out of any future communications from us, and we will do our best to make the opt-out process easy for you.
